One offer is the chance for a Design Manager, with facades experience, to join an expanding contracting who are thriving in the current market due to their long term relationships with tier one clientele providing high quality façade design and installation services.
This reputable facades Contractor specialise the Design and installation of externals within the residential sector with projects valuing up to 10M. Due to their technical excellence and service levels this company have achieve sustainable growth year on year and are currently going through a phase of expansion and in turn are looking for a motivated Design Manager to join their experience team.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Design Manager to join a progressive role within a well-established company who know the employees are at the heart of the bussiness and therefore have an emphasis on personal development.
Getting involved from project win stage you will be responsible for overseeing the design of projects through to completion stage. You will be responsible for producing a drawing register, liaising with designers to ensure they understand the scope and coordinating with stakeholders ensure they're working within agreed programmes as well as assisting contractors.
The ideal candidate will have Design Management experience within facades, who have experience using AutoCAD and can manage programmes and budgets. You will be looking to take on a leading position on a variety of projects with progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Design Management of facades Projects
- Lead design team meetings
- Ensuring projects are to Programmes and within budgets
- Conduct quality checks on projects
- Working on projects from concept through to completion
The Person
- Design Management experience within an externals construction company
- Experience working on residential projects up to 10M
- Experience with overseeing project programmes and budgets
- Technical knowledge and experience
- Full UK Driving License
