Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our client's residential care home in Chatham, Kent. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide hands-on clinical care while supervising and guiding Health Care Assistants to ensure residents receive personalised, high-quality care. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager to maintain a warm and supportive environment, adhering to the highest standards of nursing and social care.

In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing care plans, and ensuring compliance with all relevant nursing procedures and care policies. Additionally, you will deputise for the Nurse Manager when required, ensuring the smooth running of the home and fostering a person-centred approach to care delivery. The role includes working nights and alternate weekends.

Your leadership and clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse will be essential in promoting a stimulating and caring atmosphere, in line with our client's philosophy of care, to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Do you have?

  • Must be a Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
  • Confident in leading and managing shifts effectively.
