We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Learning Support Assistants to support on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will provide essential learning and accessibility support to young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), facilitating their access to learning programmes and personal development.

- Salary: £13-£14ph
Day to Day of the Role of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Offer person-centred learning support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
- Assist with personal care needs where necessary.
- Encourage students to engage with activities and work independently.
- Maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers, parents/carers, and other agencies.
- Support learners with personal care and mobility as instructed by the learners themselves.
Required Skills & Qualifications required for the LSA role:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and discrimination issues.
- Experience with SEN learners in secondary or FE environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organisational skills with proficiency in IT and administration.
