Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering a great customer experience? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join us! As a key member of our Facilities team, the Receptionist will be the welcoming face at our Reigate office and first point of contact on site and on the phone for colleagues, visitors and customers.

This is a part time position, working 21 hours per week onsite in our Reigate office. 8.00am – 4.00pm across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's.

What you will do:

As a key part of our Facilities team, you will support in maintaining an excellent standard of customer service during busy periods when call volumes/visitors to the office are high. We want to ensure all visitors are greeted on arrival and issued with access passes, car parking is logged and where possible support the wider facilities team with the management of the meeting room app (Check meeting rooms daily to ensure correct layout, furniture and stationary support is present)

Taking high volume of calls promptly, you'll ensure that calls are transferred when appropriate and that messages are accurately taken and passed on via email, MS Teams or through our voicemail system. Alongside this you'll be the main point of contact for company travel bookings in accordance with the esure Travel policy guidelines.

At esure one of our core values is ‘play strong as one'. As a member of the Facilities team, you will also assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications

We'd love you to have:

  • Previous experience in a front of house / Receptionist role is highly desirable
  • A friendly and positive attitude, you are the first-person people see when they walk into our office!
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of telephone systems would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ‘Who's On' Location visitor system and ‘Condeco' desk/room booking portal or similar is an advantage
