We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Recruitment Consultant to come on board and join the Pitch team. Essentially we're growing, the clients are buying, and candidates are finally keen to secure a new challenge so the potential for success has never been better. Picking up on warm activity you'll have relationships to manage from day one and plenty of opportunity to grow beyond what's already available to you.

Based in Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire Pitch is the recruitment agency that does things the right way. We build valued relationships with our clients by understanding the markets in which they operate and putting our Heart+Soul into matching the right candidates with those clients. Specialising in marketing we recruit for everything in this sector, from PR and creative to digital, tech, social, content, and digital design.

What would I be doing? Good question! Day to day you will:

+ Recruit for permanent talent or temps/freelancers (whichever fits you best) for a huge range of businesses, from exciting up-and-coming brands to well-established and forward-thinking businesses, no two clients are the same!

+ Have support day to day to own your own desk, organically growing and developing your candidate and client portfolio, building your network across our key specialisms.

+ Build exceptional relationships with both candidates and clients, helping and guiding them throughout the process - nothing we do is transactional, we're people focused and have a strong partnership approach.

+ Have the opportunity to develop your career, where you'll be supported by a tailored development plan, internal and external mentoring, and support - the sky really is the limit!

+ Be working with the best team (we would say that of course, you'll have to meet us to find out for yourself!).

What we're looking for:

A passionate and confident candidate with upwards of six months of experience working within a service-led industry, you'll be experienced in communicating face to face, over the phone, and in writing, be able to build strong, genuine relationships, and have a proactive and positive approach.
