Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Watford (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £29,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with some AP experience looking for a new role? Our client are offering a fabulous opportunity to join them on a permanent basis.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Accounts Payable Department, assisting in all aspects of the department's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments to dealers, funders, and suppliers.
- Handle manual purchase invoices and purchase order invoices.
- Manage staff car payments and employee expenses in line with company policy.
- Maintain credit card receipts and reconcile statements.
- Liaise with suppliers and promptly address queries.
- Allocate cash accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile the Aged Creditors Control Account.

- Relevant knowledge and understanding in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive planning, problem-solving, and prioritization.
