Finance Manager

About us:

An exciting opportunity to join our fast paced, high-growth, property rental business, in the corporate and leisure sector. As a result of sustained growth in turnover and clients, we require a Finance Manager to support the MD, finance administrator and wider team. This role will work across all 5 of our businesses:

  • The Corporate Housing Partnership
  • Star Host Residences
  • Harbour Escapes
  • Country Escapes
  • Portico Residences

Finance Manager key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all financial transactional aspects, including sales and purchase ledger, payroll and cash postings
  • Ensure cashflow is managed efficiently and forecasts presented monthly
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliations on Xero
  • Creation and ownership of monthly financial statements
  • Creation of monthly owner statements and reconciliation
  • Developing and mentoring the Finance Administrator
  • Taking the lead of all year-end reporting and processes
  • FP&A ownership on a quarterly and adhoc basis
  • Build and own performance dashboard
  • Complete all Company secretary activities, to include the relationship with HMRC
  • Identify and execute areas for improvement in processes and approach
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting required data

Finance Manager Key Competencies:
