Trade Counter / Warehouse Assistant - High Wycombe
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Trade Counter/Warehouse Assistant for our client based in High Wycombe.
Salary: £26,000
Hours: 7 am-4 pm
This role is 50% trade counter and 50% Warehouse
_Duties: _
- Serving customers over the trade counter and providing excellent customer service
- Answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers
- Assisting customers with product knowledge
- Processing orders
- Responding to inbound emails
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Supporting with regular stock takes and stock inventory
_Requirements: _
- Previous trade counter experience is an advantage
- A full UK Driving Licence -
- Comfortable dealing with customers face to face, over the phone, and email
