Italian speaking Marketing Executive

Main duties:
To be an integral part of the team, collaborating and coordinating with various stakeholders to execute plans and strategies that will ensure the successful promotion of the event.
The role:
- To collaborate closely with the internal event team to create and implement a compelling marketing campaign for the events
- To work together with marketing and sales stakeholders to strategically plan content, craft personalized posts for every channel, and produce compelling artwork and video
- To provide the graphic designers with clear instructions to guarantee that all content seamlessly aligns with brand messaging
- To maximize the impact of paid media plan by ensuring it is managed in a way that effectively and efficiently utilises the available budget
- To develop and maintain websites to ensure they are fully optimised for both web and mobile platforms
- To constantly track and report on campaign effectiveness, while striving to enhance results
- To actively participate in international events when needed
The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
- A desire to succeed within a dynamic marketing environment
- Open to fast passed change being adaptive to new and evolving situations
- The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate
- Driven, motivated and prepared to maximize the opportunity
