Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client focused, commercial luxury led Store Manager to join this high end Luxury boutique brand brand based in central London.

My Client designs collections that exudes uniqueness & high end craftmanship, reflecting an effortless, chic lifestyle.

Job Role:

As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Retail Director and be responsible for delivering Clientelling, you must be commercial yet provide a bespoke in store experience to each client. You will be the role model for exceptional service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight, business development and clientelling skills to continually grow the brand awareness & success of the brand year on year.

You must be/have:

  • At least 3 years Managerial experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand
  • Experienced in driving Clientelling through the team and own VIP network
  • Ambitious, creative and with a flair for business development. Able to build partnerships

with like minded businesses to raise the brands profile and in turn growing the client

base through collaboration and in-store eventing.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen
  • Experience of P&L management and managing budgets
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion
  • Shows innovation and initiative
  • Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a strong
