£11.50 per hour
Our client based in Swindon is looking for an Administrator to join their growing team!
Administrator / Purchasing Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Credit control
- Being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Placing purchase orders
- Entering sales invoices onto the ledger and credit control
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Assisting with incoming deliveries
- Processing all customer orders
Administrator / Purchasing Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years+ experience within a busy administrative role
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in Debtors and Creditors
- Previous customer service experience
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail
Administrator / Purchasing Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30
- Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
