Care Assistant

We are looking for part-time and full-time Care Assistants. Previous care or healthcare experience is an advantage for our clients but not a necessity as we provide full extensive training.

Best at Home Care Solutions is a privately owned Domiciliary Care Company. We are excited at the launch of our new locations.

  • Surrey and Surrounding Areas.

A complex care worker is required to care for our clients in Surrey and the surrounding area to support them with clinical interventions to ensure they live a full life.

Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients with complex medical needs, under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans. Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team promptly. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for patients and their families, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide domiciliary care in and around the city, and the surrounding areas.
  • Delivering high quality care to clients and service users.
  • Setting priorities of safe care
  • Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Adhering to GDPR and safe practice policies.
  • Deliver Care and support to ensure it meets the person-centred needs of the individual.
  • Your role, as a Care Assistant is to assist the Home Care Manager in the provision of high quality and safe provision of care in line with the persons needs and preferences.

Care Assistant Requirements

  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
  • Working on own initiative.
  • Working in a Team and being a Team Player.
  • Understand and Promote people's independence.
  • Understand dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Experience of working with cohorts, e.g. older people, Learning Disabilities and Complex Care
