Description
- Assisting with the processing of rebate claims in a timely manner.
- Performing reconciliation of rebate accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinating with the sales team to resolve any rebate discrepancies.
- Preparing monthly rebate accruals and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
Profile
A successful Rebates Clerk should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- A high level of numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other finance-related software.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments.
