Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain and organise essential records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
  • Manage correspondence via email and telephone, ensuring professional communication.
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Support the implementation of new administrative systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A solid educational background, with qualifications in Business, Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Public Sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
