- Lead and manage the procurement and supply chain department
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing policies
- Manage supplier relations and contract negotiations with global suppliers
- Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and sales teams
- Drive cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare and present procurement and inventory reports to senior management
Profile
A successful Senior Buyer should have:
