As a Business Analyst, you'll join a dynamic public sector organisation committed to implementing the largest project in their history as they implement a new ERP system. This greenfield project offers an exciting opportunity to shape processes, enhance efficiency, and drive positive change, contributing to one of the most reputable organisations in the country.
Your new role
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to select an ERP vendor.
- Contributing to the evolution of the solution design as it progresses
- Analyse existing processes (as is) and design future state solutions (to be).
- Experience of both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Provide project oversight and regular reporting.
- Interpretation and reconciliation of data.
- A confident facilitator with strong customer focus and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Prior experience in ERP implementation as a business analyst, preferably within public sector.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 or Agile principles.
- Experience of various tools and techniques, e.g., walkthroughs, requirements analysis, modelling, BPMN, Use Case, Activity Diagrams, process and customer journey mapping.
What you'll get in return

- 6 Month Initial contract (multiple extensions likely)
