Sittingbourne
Salary: £13- £15 per hour. Overtime paid at 1.5x
Monday - Friday 6am- 2:15pm

Join our team at an internationally recognised sheet metal manufacturing and design company. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our organisation on a permanent basis. Duties:
- Operate and set up various drilling and grinding machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and carrying out fabrication tasks as required
- Perform quality drilling, grinding, and finishing activities
- Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Communicating clearly and effectively regarding work status
- Embracing a collaborative team player mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment
- Proficiency in quality workmanship
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative team player mentality
