An award winning, leading Build-to-Rent operator is seeking a Facilities Manager for a BTR scheme in Surrey. This role is based in Woking and will be full-time hours. The salary is up to £60,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.

The role:
The Facilities Manager will be based on a high end Build to Rent development in Woking. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:

  • Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
  • Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
  • Carry out building inspections.
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.

The person:

  • Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH.
