Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Commercial Directorate to oversee and coordinate all aspects of a project from initiation to completion, ensuring that it meets the set objectives within the constraints of time, budget, and resources. Your role will be crucial in maintaining alignment with strategic goals, ensuring quality standards, and delivering value to Hyde.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project delivers on all agreed project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, or outcome and implementation.
  • Oversee the delivery of change, scoping overall project deliverables and time frames.
  • Identify project scope and produce detailed plans. Track deliverables with key performance trackers and contingency plans for delays.
  • Establish a Project Board with a Sponsor and key stakeholders. Facilitate regular Project Board meetings.
  • Use available software to record and monitor progression. Brief and report to Operational and Senior Management Teams on progress.
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficient in project management concepts.
  • Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report project progress.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying project status and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, managing timelines effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Skilled in risk management, with a track record of identifying potential risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Adept at agile methodologies and scrum practices, having successfully managed multiple projects through full agile lifecycles, resulting in increased team productivity and project efficiency.
