Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary year groups.
- Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different classes and individual students.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the educational goals of each school.
- Follow lesson plans and complete any required assessments or marking.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary school students.
- Comfortable teaching across all primary year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and requirements.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
