Page Personnel have been asked to recruit for a permanent Payroll Advisor position on behalf of an international financial services business.
The business is headquartered in London but is looking for a Payroll Advisor to work 1 day per week from the Manchester office.
The purpose of this role is to support the Global Payroll Manager with various international payrolls for circa 400 staff.

Description
Payroll Advisor duties include:
- Delivery of an accurate and timely payroll service for the business via a partially outsourced payroll processing service. This includes the start to end processing for payrolls across Europe, America and Asia Pacific regions
- Entering payments or increases in relation to statutory payments such as SSP, SMP etc.
- Calculate sick pay entitlements and payments
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Manually calculating payroll where necessary
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a payroll or accounting position
- Have a desire to progress in a long term payroll career
- Have strong MS Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc)
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
Job Offer
A salary up to £35,000, study support for CIPP, hybrid working (1 day p/w in the office), flexible working hours & great benefits package.
