Salary: £33,331 per annum (plus £275 non-consolidated supplement)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property services team for a Plumber and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.
Required:
- Experience of all M/S Plumbing repairs.
- Citizens & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Experience of delivering a customer-focused service.
- Demonstrate ability for personal organisation and effective working.
- A valid full driving license.
