The salary for this role is £11.53 per hour and the start date is 5th June.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Managing and responding to customer queries across various channels, achieving a first-contact resolution
- Completing transaction requests from customers such as changing their details
- Following the script provided to ensure regulations are kept
- Ensuring all conversations are warm and friendly and the customer has a great experience
- Escalating queries when appropriate to ensure timely resolutions
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- No particular experience is required for this role, however, you must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be warm and friendly
- Good communication skills are required
- You should have good IT skills
- Being reliable with a great work ethic and a strong willingness to learn is essential
