Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Banbury to join our client, a proud premier contact centre outsourcing business. This role will involve communicating with customers through a variety of channels and responding to their transactional requests.

The salary for this role is £11.53 per hour and the start date is 5th June.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing and responding to customer queries across various channels, achieving a first-contact resolution
  • Completing transaction requests from customers such as changing their details
  • Following the script provided to ensure regulations are kept
  • Ensuring all conversations are warm and friendly and the customer has a great experience
  • Escalating queries when appropriate to ensure timely resolutions

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • No particular experience is required for this role, however, you must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be warm and friendly
  • Good communication skills are required
  • You should have good IT skills
  • Being reliable with a great work ethic and a strong willingness to learn is essential
