Role:
Working closely with the Sales Director, as the Temporary PA you will be expected to:
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments.
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation.
- Deal with emails and phone calls; respond to, pass on messages or highlight them for the Directors attention.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments when required.
- Prepare letters, invoices, memos, statements, and other documents.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
- Some additional duties may be required to be completed outside of work hours from time to time.
Requirements:
To be successful as the Temporary PA, you will have previous experience as a PA at a senior/Director level, as well as offering:
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software.
