Lettings Manager

Salary:
£40,000 basic, OTE £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Overview:
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency in Ruislip, is seeking an experienced and driven
Lettings Manager
to lead the lettings department. This role offers the opportunity to grow a team, grow the business, and deliver outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
- Conduct valuations and secure new property instructions
- Manage property listings, viewings, and tenancy agreements
- Work closely with the property management team to resolve tenant and landlord issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lettings management
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
- Proven ability to manage a team and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Live within a 30 minute commute
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (half day off in lieu for Saturdays worked)
