We are looking for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical customer enquiries through various channels, including telephone, email, and CRM. This role is crucial in providing timely and accurate technical information to our dealer network, end users, and internal colleagues.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Respond to telephone, email, and CRM queries regarding the full range of our products.
  • Investigate issues and provide up-to-date technical information.
  • Follow up on enquiries to ensure quick resolution.
  • Handle warranty queries and liaise with the Workshop on progress.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • Report any safety issues or unusual failures.
  • Create short guidance documents to educate customers on specific topics.
  • Keep abreast of technical product knowledge and skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude / interest in engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confident telephone manner for managing calls and building relationships.
  • Strong customer orientation with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
  • Patient, calm, polite, and efficient.
  • Self-starter, able to investigate and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy department.
  • Good IT skills across MS Office, including Excel.
