�?�?My client is a well-established family-run property company with over 50 years of experience in Central London properties. They are seeking an exceptional Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team based in London.�?�?
?? As the Lettings Manager, you will be an integral part of their growing brand, playing a crucial role in developing and nurturing our diverse community of tenants. You will create an amazing customer journey experience for our customers, from the initial viewings to ongoing engagement.??
�? Your main responsibilities will include: �?
- Being the first point of contact for prospective tenants, answering queries, arranging and conducting viewings, and closing deals.
- Marketing the properties through visionary and dynamic social media channels, attracting and engaging with prospective and existing tenants in new and exciting ways to build a sense of community.
- Growing the online and offline community, fostering collaboration and creativity both internally and externally.
- Establishing a strong community through event planning and individual networking efforts.
- Ensuring smooth operations in the properties and the wider community and maintaining ongoing communication with maintenance teams.
- Creating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
�? To be successful in this role, you should have: �?
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with demonstrated customer service and sales experience.
- Emotional intelligence, warmth, and a passion for building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make your voice heard.
- Adaptability to different situations and personalities.
- Experience in sales, marketing, writing, and social media.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong educational background preferred, preferably a degree.
- A proactive and hungry-to-learn attitude, ready to hit the ground running and progress in your career.

- Experience in property.
- Familiarity with the start-up ecosystem and up-to-date knowledge of daily happenings in East London.

- Salary: competitive (DOE).
- Working hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
