We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Visit Research, Selection, and Validation Administrator to join our team in the Regulatory and Conduct department in Milton Keynes.

Role Profile

To provide high quality briefing information to QAD reviewers in advance of the scheduled review date (in line with department-agreed delivery timelines).

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a technical and operational understanding of how to produce the appropriate electronic work-pack for all visit types of reviews undertaken by QAD reviewers.
  • Consistently deliver workpacks in line with the agreed timelines, and in advance of the scheduled review.
  • Resolve or refer queries to the VRS Supervisor relating to the visit research processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review the Procedure Manual on a quarterly basis to ensure it reflects the current procedures, making any changes to the original document to bring it up to date.
  • Ensure Auditor Cessations statements are categorised, and the spread sheets are correctly annotated. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the cessation statements are processed regularly and are not more than a month old.
