Salary: £30,000 Basic pro rata + £2,000 Bonus (equates to £24,000 on a 4 day week)

Days/ Times: 4 days a week- Monday- Thursday / 8:30- 17:00

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator who will play an important role within their student property management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to liaise effectively with international agents, tenants, and property management teams. Specialising within Student Lettings, the Senior Administrator will work within a successful team to ensure a swift, professional, customer-focused approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and guarantors, ensuring swift and efficient handling of queries and communications.

Documentation and Reports: Manage and track check-out reports, inspections, and ensure they are sent out to tenants timely. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Lettings Board Management: Keep on top of letting boards, ensuring they are accurate and updated regularly.

Liaison with International Agents: Coordinate with international agents to ensure seamless communication and transactions.

Meeting Preparations: Assist in preparing for weekly meetings by gathering necessary data and documentation to support fact-based discussions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track KPI data and report significant metrics to Senior Leaders

Team Support: Provide general support to the team and assist in various administrative tasks as required.
