Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with Landlords and Tenants daily.
Lettings Valuer – Benefits
- A basic salary up to £28,000 plus commission, OTE of £35,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Lettings Valuer – Duties
- To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable service levels
- Have a deep understanding of our services and products, seeking cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing
- Take high quality photos and write accurate descriptions for market listings
- To undertake the measure-up of properties in readiness for marketing.
- To maintain an effective client list.
- To assist in any other requested tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
Lettings Valuer – Experience Needed
- Previous lettings experience is essential.
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
- You will be target driven and ambitious.
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
