Multi-Skilled Engineer - North
£36000-£40000 + Van + Bonus + Benefits
Leading Facility Management Consultancy established over 25 years ago are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover the North working on commercial sites carrying out PPM and reactive work to ensure the standards of all sites are maintained.
Sites will be commercial offices and will mainly be landlord areas. Any work on the office spaces be done outside office hours for health and safety purposes. Overtime is available and a call out rota of 1 in 7 is currently in place.
Skills required:
- 5+ years as a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a biased in AC, Electrical or Plumbing work
- Industry recognised qualifications in at least one discipline.
- Experience carrying out a range of tasks either as part of a team or individually.
- Full driving license
