A leading global marketing services business with fantastic clients in the retail, FMCG and the beauty space is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of FP&A to join their finance team.
The Head of FP&A will be responsible for driving the FP&A function to the next level. Providing strategic financial insights, driving the budgeting process, enhancing the overall financial performance of the company, and driving process efficiency and improvements.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, commercially minded, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Financial Planning & Analysis - budgeting and forecasting

Key Competencies/ Skills & Qualifications:
- Progressive experience in FP&A or related roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ideally experience with building meaningful reports and dashboards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
