Training is 12 weeks in office 9-5.30 (Monday to Friday) start date 16th September

You'll work every Saturday but get Sunday off and an additional day off during

Description

? Have effective conversations with our customers to understand their individual
circumstances and agree on a suitable solution from a range of options that will support
them going forward
? Understand regulatory/industry requirements when speaking with customers and ensure
that you remain compliant
? By understanding the customers circumstances that led them to financial difficulty, you'll
support, educate and signpost to external support to help set them up for success with
credit going forward
? Use your judgement when assessing the right outcome for the customer
? Support our customers through a range of challenging and sensitive situations taking
into account any vulnerabilities that may be present

Monday to Friday
09:00 to 17:30
11:00 to 19:30
11:30 to 20:00
