Key Responsibilities:
- Organise the operational workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and ensure their requirements are satisfied
- Ensure compliance with all legislative regulations
- Maintain customer profiles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Address and escalate customer issues as needed
- Coordinate with approved third parties to arrange the shipment of goods to various international destinations
- Raise payable invoices to customers and overseas agents based on agreed rates and tariffs, while monitoring financial profit and loss on your shipments
- Perform all administrative functions in line with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate as part of a team to support customers and contribute to the company's growth objectives
- Utilise the CW1 system to complete export documentation and operational procedures
