Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of Family and Matrimonial law, including Divorce, Separation, and Financial Arrangements.
- Handle complex matters involving Businesses, Pensions, Farms, Family Trusts, Inheritance, and more.
- Manage child arrangement cases, including those involving domestic abuse or international relocation.
- Advise on Cohabitation Agreements and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.
- Utilize considerable Court experience to represent clients effectively.
- Participate as a collaborative family lawyer and mediator.
