You will play a vital role within the team and will be responsible for Driving sales and profit.
An average day will look like this:
- Support the Sales Director in managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction to build long-term profitable business partnerships.
- Drive sales and profit to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Act as the interface between the client and internal teams.
- Manage and implement products & forecasts, in line with agreed plans.
- Facilitate the efficient and consistent delivery of our products to strategic customers.
- Ensure alignment of internal operations with the agreed-upon client strategies and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio and recommend strategies for further development.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on client performance, sales progress, and any challenges faced.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations related to client management.
