You will play a vital role within the team and will be responsible for Driving sales and profit.
An average day will look like this:

  • Support the Sales Director in managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction to build long-term profitable business partnerships.
  • Drive sales and profit to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Act as the interface between the client and internal teams.
  • Manage and implement products & forecasts, in line with agreed plans.
  • Facilitate the efficient and consistent delivery of our products to strategic customers.
  • Ensure alignment of internal operations with the agreed-upon client strategies and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio and recommend strategies for further development.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on client performance, sales progress, and any challenges faced.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations related to client management.
