Client Services Director
London Bridge, London (3-days WFH)
£70,000 - £95,000 per annum
I am working with a rapidly growing SRA-regulated professional services firm, who specialise in advising founder-led businesses across advisory, accountancy, legal, and tax services. They're currently looking for a dynamic Client Services Director to drive their business growth in London. This role involves networking at client sites and business events. The successful individual will report directly into the Managing Director and join the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client acquisition, retention, experience, and new business development.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Build high-performing sales teams.
- Enhance marketing strategies to meet business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
- Increase client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Build and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Support client leads and track outcomes.
- Utilize the HubSpot CRM effectively.
- Apply for industry awards to boost brand presence.
- Conduct discovery calls for new business leads.
- Manage the prospect pipeline.
- Plan and execute events like master classes, client events, and webinars.
- Participate in planning and review meetings.
- Build and maintain a professional network through relevant events.
Ideal Client Services Director Candidate:
- Experience working with founder-led businesses in Sales, BD, Customer Success, or Marketing.
- Knowledge of the professional services sector is a plus.
- Collaborative, transparent, and growth minded.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Organized, approachable, and excellent in English communication.
