An exciting 12 month FTC opportunity has presented itself for a dedicated Process Improvement Analyst who is passionate about improving business processes within the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department. The ideal candidate should be an innovative thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence in the Professional Services industry.

Description

  • Analyse and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure processes align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with set standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff on new processes and systems.
  • Develop and monitor process performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Process Improvement Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement within the Professional Services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma - minimum Green Belt
