Description
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure processes align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with set standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes and systems.
- Develop and monitor process performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Process Improvement Analyst should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement within the Professional Services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lean Six Sigma - minimum Green Belt
