This is a rare opportunity for someone within conveyancing or commercial property to work alongside the Head of Department alongside an additional paralegal.

Join as a Paralegal within the Commercial Property team, where the workload will range from leases and site acquisitions to plot sales and commercial transactions. With the right experience, take on the challenge of managing straightforward matters independently, complete with a target and bonus structure.
Responsibilities include assisting solicitors, drafting documents, legal research, client liaison, and contributing to the firm's online presence through insightful blogs and articles. Business development initiatives are also part of the role, though not a prerequisite.
Candidates must possess a minimum of six months' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. The role demands professionalism, motivation, flexibility, and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft packages. A law degree or equivalent is desirable, as is experience in Commercial Property or Conveyancing.
