The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a long standing food manufacturing business based in Spalding, who are on the lookout for a first time mover who is looking to make the transition from practice into industry, or an Accountant from industry who has experience in audit and financial reporting.
You'll be able to take full autonomy of the Financial Accounts, Financial Control and Internal/External reporting, whilst managing a small transactional team.
The role is situated at their Spalding office and that's where you will be based for the entirety of your working week. On a day to day basis you will find yourself immersed in a variety of tasks which include;
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Completing the budgeting and forecasting process for overheads
- Managing and supporting junior members of the finance team.
- Financial Repoting and looking into controls
- Being the main point of contact for the auditors
- Continuous improvement
The role is paying up to £55,000 per annum and the client in question are looking for a either a Qualified Accountant or a Finalist in (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
