I first started working with this client back in 2017 and I've enjoyed pitching their business ever since. Back then they labelled themselves as disruptors in their niche. They were riding the crest of a wave and the future looked very exciting. Some of their larger more corporate competitors are no longer having dipped their toe in the water and failed. These guys are still around. Why? Their passion. Their commitment to their craft and ultimately they believe in what they do. They live and breathe in the product that they've created.

From early disruptions to being now in project 2.0! The products, designs and ideas have grown, developed and transformed but the passion remains.

OK that sets the scene! We're looking for a qualified Finance Director who can take this business to the next level. Only you know whether you're up for the challenge. So whether you are an experienced FD/CFO or you back yourself to take that next step, we're keen to have a conversation with you.

The client is looking for experience gained in a manufacturing or construction environment but other than that, they'll want to see the passion for the skills, expertise and ideas that you can bring to the table. The business is located in the Lewes area of East Sussex, with parking available. Full time or four days per week will be considered.
