My client are a major UK business with a reputation for being a great employer. Joining as an IT Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility and control over IT discretionary spending. You will actively monitor contracts and manage contract renewals, working under the guidance and support of the Senior Commercial Manager. Your responsibilities will include supporting the financial forecasts for IT, engaging with key stakeholders to update forecasts, and reporting on any changes in these projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to increase visibility and control of IT discretionary spending.
- Proactively monitor and facilitate contract renewals.
- Provide support for IT Infrastructure financial forecasts, including stakeholder reviews and management reporting on forecast changes.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure procurement processes are optimized for maximum IT budget efficiency.
- Maintain records in the supplier contracts database, ensuring ongoing accuracy and timely renewals.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience within a procurement or commercial analyst role
- Experience working with and communicating directly with suppliers
- Contract management and negotiation
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Competent use of an ERP or CRM system.
The role is based onsite in Northampton 3 days a week.
