Our client, a highly successful and long-established Agency, is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced SENIOR NEGOTIATOR with LISTING EXPERIENCE for their Camberley office.
Key Roles
- Growing the property register by winning instructions and generating new sales
- Assisting the Branch Director in maximising branch profit
- Assisting to manage and develop the team
Required Skills
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- A winning attitude and mindset
- High level of customer service skills
- Success in leading a team
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
