Description
- Oversee and coordinate payroll projects within the department.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll data.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
- Adhere to all relevant legislation and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on payroll-related issues.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the payroll department's strategies and processes.
Profile
A successful Payroll Project Officer should have:
