What you will be doing:
- Manufacture complex nickel parts by electroforming.
- Operate within the chemical process bay for tasks such as cleaning and etching.
- Use measuring equipment like point micrometres.
- Follow Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings.
- Ensure all operations meet NADCAP and ISO9000 standards.
- Use the correct tools, safety equipment, and protective clothing.
- Continuously seek to improve existing practices and exceed targets.
- Comply with company health and safety standards.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed.
About You:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to adapt to change.
- Able to work safely around hazardous chemicals.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
