My client a marketing led organisation are in a period of sustained growth and are now seeking a senior marketing professional to join them.

Reporting directly to the MD you will have one direct report and will work closely with famous brands and agencies to achieve and sustain continued business growth. You will be a commercially astute and savvy marketer who has experience building brand awareness for a professional service.

You will be experienced in content marketing and have experience of implementing lead generation plans.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis- 3 days in the office, 23 days holiday, private health and two-yearly bonuses anything 10-14% of base salary!

Key duties

  • Developing standout marketing strategies in order generate high quality leads- through website, social media, e mail marketing, events and trade shows
  • Identifying segment target audiences within agencies and brands for outreach (HubSpot)
  • Crafting compelling messaging and marcomms- here you will partner closely with sales, digital and compliance teams
  • Build relationships with key industry bodies to identify key awards to enter and showcase the company's outstanding work
  • Securing speakers and audiences for webinars, live events and exhibitions
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Report to MD and CEO on performance and success metrics
  • Skills /about you
  • You will be dynamic, results orientated and be extremely agile in your approach
  • Strong written ability- will work closely with sales to compose pitches, client success stories and case studies to showcase services
  • Curious and wanting to learn about new trends and concepts
  • Experience in sales led marketing
  • A confident networker
