Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Location: Warwickshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and other relevant details.
- Handle payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
- Assist with month-end and year-end payroll processes, including reporting and reconciliations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
About You:
- Previous experience in a payroll role is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A proactive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
