Our leading Property Management client has a new and exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to join the team. Working with the team and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in designing solution for clients who are in need of property management services and associated products. This is not a sales role, more a solutions designer where you will have positive and constructive conversations with clients who value your input.

Duties will include:
- Supporting the BDM team with strategy and collaborating to achieve growth
- Conducting research on market trends and client needs
- Develop relationships with key client contacts
- Maintaining systems and data with new client requests and proposals
- Work with the team and internal department leads to develop best in class solutions
- Work with local offices across the UK to help develop relationships and offerings
- Attending local seminars and expositions to help maintain and build relationships
- Developing solution proposals for clients
- Following up on proposals and business leads
- Supporting with initial contract and service implementation
Experience needed:
- Positive, motivated and keep to develop solutions to help clients
- Property Management experience e.g. Block Management, Lettings, Estate agency or housing
- Keen to progress a career and help build the team
- Customer focused and string communication skills
- Enjoy meeting new people and ability to build working relationships
- Good level of IT skills
- Driver
