Job Title: Lettings Accounts Administrator
Location: Knowle, Solihull
Basic: £24,000- £26,000 (depending on experience) + Commission

*Previous experience working in in property management and compliance would be a huge advantage*

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator in one of Solihull's most successful estate agents.

My client have an excellent local reputation, along with an unrivalled working environment and are therefore looking hard-working and proactive Lettings Assistant.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in admin for an Estate Agent.
  • Knowledge of property management or lettings would be ideal
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • You will be well spoken and well presented

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from clients, tenants, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and process property-related documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and rental applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all documentation is filed appropriately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Handle financial transactions, including rent collection, deposit returns, and invoice processing.
