Join a leading HR team dedicated to excellence in recruitment for our established client in Oxford. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Advisor to enhance our clients strategic goals of attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the workforce by implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and colleagues, becoming a central point of contact for all recruitment matters.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand immediate and future recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre candidates, managing the entire candidate journey from attraction to offer.
  • Rapidly fill critical roles, advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels effectively, tailoring strategies to specific roles and leveraging social media platforms where appropriate.
  • Serve as a recruitment process expert, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
  • Manage all recruitment phases from attraction to onboarding, including salary negotiations and formal offer issuance.
  • Conduct all necessary pre-employment checks in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring a smooth start for new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD level 3 (Certificate or Diploma) and Associate CIPD membership, or active CIPD Student membership.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment or generalist HR with a solid understanding of relevant employment law.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems.
  • Knowledgeable about social media's role in recruitment and skilled in handling sensitive information with discretion.
